About
What Auvum Biotech Solutions does.
Auvum Biotech Solutions sits between the people who make biotechnology products and the licensed professionals who use them, doing the two jobs that gap requires: working out what a product actually is, and then moving it properly.
Where we are and what we handle
Auvum Biotech Solutions works from 1700 Market Street, Suite 1005, in Philadelphia. We supply stem cell and exosome products, peptides, laboratory testing supplies and related equipment. Our buyers are licensed purchasers. We also advise the companies that make these products.
We work with 20 partner brands across 7 sectors. Of those 20, 17 are in health and 3 are in technology. We want to move into energy and environment next. We have no partners in either yet.
Each brand runs its own business. We place the order, check that the paperwork is complete, and ship. Cold chain items travel cold and tracked. Terms are wholesale.
Four disciplines read every product file
The team covers four disciplines: medical, corporate finance, technology and science. Each one reads a different part of a product file before we carry a line.
- Medical reads the intended-use language and which licence types may buy.
- Corporate finance reads unit cost, pricing, terms and lead times.
- Technology reads how an order is placed, tracked and documented.
- Science reads the supplier’s documentation for completeness, and checks that the batch in the box matches the paperwork. We do not test product ourselves.
We ask the supplier for the documents behind the claim, not the deck: the study, the manufacturing record and the regulatory filings. If the label says more than has actually been cleared, or the supplier cannot repeat the first order on lead time, batch size, cold chain and landed cost, we do not carry the line and we say so.
We publish no names and no bios here. Nothing on this site presents anyone as a licensed clinician, and nothing we publish is medical advice.
We advise and we distribute
Auvum does both jobs. We review products for the companies that make them. We also sell products to clinics, veterinary practices and distributors. On some lines we are paid when the product moves. That is a conflict of interest.
We put it in writing. Every assessment says whether we carry the product and whether we are paid when it sells. You can hire us for the advice and buy the product somewhere else. Human and veterinary lines stay separate, with separate paperwork and separate claims.
What we will not do
These limits hold on every account, including the ones we want.
- We do not practice medicine. We do not diagnose, treat, or tell a clinician what to give a patient.
- We do not adopt our partners’ clinical claims. What a partner publishes is that partner’s statement, not ours.
- We make no claims about what a product does in a body. Decisions about use belong with the licensed purchaser.
- The stem cells, exosomes and peptides we supply go to verified professional accounts. They are not FDA-approved drugs.
- We do not sell professional-use or research-use products to the public. Every account is verified first.
- We do not work in securities. No capital raising, no placements, no investor introductions and no investment advice.
- We are not a law firm. We do not give legal or regulatory advice.
Bring us the thing you are unsure about.
A product, a supplier, a claim, a market. We will tell you honestly what we think, including when the answer is that you should walk away.
